On Sunday 26th May in Potenza, the 7th edition of the sports event “Un gol per Domenico” took place.
180 children from the local football training schools played their matches in the morning on the football pitch of the “Oratorio Giovanile Salesiano”.
Soon after the young footballers enjoyed lunch all together in a friendly and joyful atmosphere.
In the afternoon, the Basilicata Region winner team of the 1989 Italian Regions Fotball Tournament joined together again to play a game with the “Amici di Domenico” team.
It was an extraordinary day of sports for sharing feelings and values in memory of our friend Domenico 6 years after his death. Our way to keep him alive in our hearts.
